Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take detailed pictures of the issue / receipts and send to support@hanboards.com.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hanboards.com.

Group Buy Projects 

We understand that preferences change and issues may arise during a Group-Buy (GB) or Pre-Order period. If you need to cancel your GB or Pre-Order order for any reason, please email farhan@hanboards.com before the GB or Pre-Order period has ended for a refund. All cancelled orders are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Once the group buy period is over, we can no longer accept refunds due to the manufacturing process having been started. 

 

Reshipments or Return To Sender (RTS)

If a package is marked RTS, is not an approved return, and is received by Han Boards, Han Boards will reach out to the customer regarding a reshipment. The Customer will be responsible for paying any charges that result because of a reshipment (e.g. Shipping Label, Handling Fees, etc.).
