Group Buy Products

All product group buy timelines will be communicated in the respective product pages. Please keep in mind that there may be variations in the timeline dependent upon events out of our control such as manufacturing delays, logistical issues, and team availability. These changes in the schedule will be communicated to the best of our ability.

Shipping Timeline

Once we have received the products, the quality control and packing processes will begin. All items will be fulfilled within four (4) business days. Extenuating circumstances will be communicated to the best of our ability.

International Policy, Taxes and Duties

International Orders will not be undervalued for customs under any request. Taxes and Duties are Delivered At Place (DAP), also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we are only responsible for shipping the product, and the customer will be responsible for paying any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

After a packages leaves Han Boards, it is up to the courier to deliver the package safely and in a timely manner. Each package will be packed to the best of our ability, so that the package arrives without harm; unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment.
